Changing Clubs: Great for my Daughter!
Our daughter enjoyed her first year with SPVA very much! This was her 5th year playing club, the other 4 at another local club. We were coming to a club where we knew next to no one and Coach Ludwig and Coach Dre welcomed her with open arms. The clubs communication was great no matter what was going on. It was great for our daughter to learn new skills from different coaches and we think she grew exponentially this year. The coaches always encouraged the team with positive attitudes. "My daughters have played 2 years on SPVA and have loved every minute of it. Coach Ludwig and his staff really take their time and work with the girls, sharing all of their knowledge of volleyball. Besides practices they offer clinics and private lessons to hone in on their individual positions and skill set. It is a new program that seems like it has been around forever . KNOWLEDGE, COMMUNICATION, PLAYER GROWTH
Our daughter tried out and made the 13's team at SPVA. We were initially a bit nervous because the program was brand new, but our worries quickly vanished. The coaching staff's organization, knowledge, communication and commitment to the program immediately impressed us. Throughout the season, we witnessed tremendous growth in all the players. By the end of the season, our daughter had transformed into a completely different player, and we owe that progress to Coach Ludwig, and Coach Sav. My daughter absolutely loved every part of her first year with SPVA! She had been on another club years prior but the growth she had this year at SPVA is immeasurable in comparison to that club. From the expertise of the coaches to the amazing bond she formed with her teammates, I know she’ll never forget this year. Her love for this sport grew exponentially throughout this season.
